The Allegiance online enrollment is a very easy process. The need for you to distribute and collect enrollment forms and enter the information in your payroll system is eliminated.
All we need to get your group set up is:
- The open enrollment period start and end dates that you want.
- An Excel (payroll) file, with all eligible flex participants.
- A password and username for the employees – You can tell us what you would like to use or we can provide those for you.
- The name of the person and the email address that you would like Allegiance to send the flex enrollment file to after completion.
When your eligible employees login to enroll they will:
- Find tools to help them make their elections.
- Be able to sign up for (options like ACH, debit card).
- Make elections or decline to enroll.
- Print their election confirmations once they have finished.
- Be able to make changes to their elections until the end date that you have chosen.
