On-Line Claims Submission - Reimbursement requests and debit card transaction substantiation may now be submitted online.  If your expense documentation is available in electronic form and you would like to submit your claim online via the secure Allegiance website, go to the On-Line Claims Submission Directions, or you can go directly to the On-Line Claims Submission Form.

New Dependent Care Reimbursement Option - Participants may now request daycare reimbursements to be paid automatically as account funds become available with as few as one annual submission of our Daycare Reimbursement Contract.  The Daycare Reimbursement Contract eliminates the need to submit a reimbursement request each time an expense is incurred.

2008 Mileage Rate - The IRS has set the 2008 mileage reimbursement rate at 19 cents per mile for use of a car to obtain medical care.  Transportation costs are reimbursable if the expenses are primarily for, and essential to, medical care.
